Wire rod non-pickling (acid-free) in-line phosphating line

We offer an energy-saving and environmentally friendly production line for continuous ("in-line") phosphating of steel wire rod. Designed as a single compact module, this equipment ensures the application of a high-quality lubricant carrier coating without using hazardous pickling acids.

• Acid-free eco-friendly technology: the phosphating process eliminates the acid pickling stage. All process cycles take place in a fully enclosed, isolated housing, which prevents the release of fumes and dust, ensuring safety in the work area.
• Automatic waste collection: residual coating dust and sludge generated during processing are automatically collected into special filter bags for subsequent disposal.
• Stable tank thermal management: the unit is equipped with two circulation tanks that ensure continuous agitation and rapid heating of the phosphating solution. The temperature is maintained at 55°C.
• Intelligent digital control: process parameters are displayed on a digital screen and automatically adjusted according to standard process curves, ensuring chemical reaction stability and ease of monitoring.
• High productivity: the line is designed for processing high-, medium-, and low-carbon steel wire rod with a diameter of 5.5–6.5 mm. The maximum output in continuous operation is 15–18 tons per day.

It operates effectively in tandem with inverted vertical heavy-duty drawing units, high-speed straight-line wire drawing machines, as well as heavy-duty wet-type drawing machines. The high speed of the process allows a single acid-free phosphating line to simultaneously supply raw material to two or more heavy-duty wire drawing machines.



• Internal logistics optimization: continuous operation of the acid-free phosphating line in tandem with heavy-duty wet-type wire drawing machines completely eliminates the intermediate stages of wire rod coil transportation and storage between operations, optimizing the factory's internal logistics.
