Jern Yao Enterprises was formed in 1993. Our products include Bolt Formers, Nut Formers and Parts Formers. Jern Yao is one of the largest forming machine builders in the world building over 180 machines a year. Jern Yao has an outstanding reputation in their field providing a high level of technology, quality, service and value.

Jern Yao president, Ted Tsai and General Manager, Paul Lin have collective experience of over 60 years of machine design and building. Ted and Paul play a very active role in insuring the satisfaction of our customers. Jern Yao utilizes over 155 employees to offer our customers over 250 different varieties of forging machines.

Many companies using Jern Yao machine to produce fasteners, bolts, nuts, special parts in automobile industries and supply big companies like: Toyota, TATA (India), Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, BMW, BENZ, WV, VOLVO... And for motorcycle Industries like: Bajaj (India), Hero Honda (India) etc. And for many special fasteners and parts used in construction, AERO Space and all kind of purposes.

Jern Yao is one of the biggest cold forming machine manufacturer in the world. Jern Yao Taiwan plant produce average 220 sets of machine per year and Jern Yao China plant produce 300 sets of machines per year, total 520sets altogether annually!
Compare to the European machines, there's no difference in terms of capacity and quality. But, Jern Yao machines are more economic comparing to Sakamura, National, Hatebur, Sacma in term of pricing!
